Malas have been around for centuries and have been used as a meditation tool as well as a beautiful accessory. You see many people wear them as necklaces and also wrapped around their wrists as bracelets, as a beautiful reminder of our intentions.

About the event
In this workshop you will be creating your own Mala! We will be discussing the meaning behind the 108 beads, how to use our Mala as a Meditation tool, breathwork exercises, and a complimentary glass of champagne!
Everything will be provided. An additional Mala kit may be purchased for $15 at the event
